About Cesara

We got tired of choosing between tools that do nothing and bots that do too much.

Cesara is a TX Media company. It started where most good products start — with a problem we kept running into ourselves, managing real ad budgets for real businesses.

Why we built it

At TX Media we ran paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for a range of businesses — service companies, local shops, and online stores. The pattern was always the same. The accounts that won were the ones someone checked every single day: trimming a losing ad here, nudging a bid there, catching a budget that had quietly run away over the weekend.

That daily attention is exactly what most owners can't give. So we looked at the tools. The cheap ones were glorified rule engines that needed constant babysitting. The enterprise platforms cost five figures and came with a sales process. And the new wave of “fully autonomous” bots would happily move your money around — including spending more — without ever asking.

None of them sat where we actually wanted to be: software that does the tedious daily work on its own, but stops cold at the one decision that should always be yours — how much you spend.

So we built that.

Cesara can pause a losing ad at 2 a.m. It cannot raise your budget at 2 a.m. That second one always comes to you.

Autonomy without a blank check

Software should do the repetitive work on its own. It should not be trusted to raise your spending on its own. We drew that line on purpose and we don't move it.

Show the work

Every change Cesara makes is logged with the reason it made it. If you can't explain why an account did what it did, you don't really control it.

Plain pricing

We charge a flat monthly fee by spend band — never a percentage of your ad budget. Taking a cut of spend rewards us for you spending more. That's the wrong incentive.

Built for operators, not just agencies

Most tools in this category assume a media buyer is watching all day. Cesara is built for the owner or marketer who has a business to run and can't.

A note from the founder

I spent years watching good businesses lose money to ad accounts nobody had time to watch. Not because the owners were careless — because running the business has to come first.

The goal with Cesara is simple: give those owners back the daily diligence of a sharp media buyer, without handing over the keys to the bank. It works while you don't have time to. And when something genuinely needs your call, it asks.
