Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Cesara data, including any data we received from connected platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Shopify.

Option 1 — Delete from your account

Sign in at app.cesara.ai, open Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your account and associated personal data and revokes the access tokens for your connected platforms.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email hello@cesara.ai from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my data.” We will verify your request and delete your data. If you are requesting deletion of data associated with a specific connected platform, tell us which one.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Encrypted access tokens for connected advertising and commerce platforms
  • Advertising and performance data we stored to operate the Service
  • AI-generated strategy, recommendations, and creative tied to your account

Timeline

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, tax and billing records) or in de-identified form; these cannot be used to identify you.

Revoking platform access directly

You can also revoke Cesara’s access from each platform at any time:

  • Meta: Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations → remove Cesara.
  • Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → remove Cesara.
  • TikTok: TikTok Ads / Business settings → remove the Cesara connection.
  • Shopify: Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → remove Cesara.

Revoking access stops future data access. To also delete data we have already stored, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
