So you live in the account switcher. You tune a bidding strategy on Brand A, notice a Search campaign over-pacing on Brand B, jump over, and lose the thread on Brand A. Google's own recommendations fire per account and optimize toward Google's objectives — not toward your blended portfolio return, and not against your actual orders. Smart Bidding does real work, but it can't see across your brands and it can't reallocate a dollar from Brand A's saturated campaign to Brand C's unfunded one.
