CLIENT REPORTING
A live view for the people who own the outcome.
The Client role is Cesara's read-only, outcome-owner view. Spend, performance, and an activity feed of every optimization — always current, so nobody lives in five ad dashboards and you never build a weekly deck by hand again.
No card. Nothing charged today.
THE PROBLEM
Everyone wants to know how it's going. Nobody wants your dashboards.
The people who own the result need visibility, not five ad-platform logins — and the record of what changed can't only live in your head.
The weekly deck is a tax you pay every Friday
Someone wants to know how the ads are doing, so an hour disappears into screenshots and a slide template. By Monday the numbers on it are already stale.
Stakeholders don't want a login to five dashboards
A brand owner or location lead shouldn't have to learn Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok just to answer one question: is this working? Handing them raw ad-platform seats is worse, not better.
Nobody can see what actually changed
Bids moved, budget shifted, a campaign got paused. If the only record is in your head, every check-in starts with the stakeholder asking what happened and you trying to reconstruct it.
Read access and edit access get blurred
The person who wants visibility is rarely the person who should be touching bids. Without clear roles, giving someone a view means giving them a chance to break something.
HOW CESARA HANDLES IT
One read-only view per stakeholder, kept current for them.
The Client role shows spend, performance, and every change — scoped to exactly the accounts that are theirs, with no control they could break.
The Client role: read-only by design
Cesara has three roles — Admin, Manager, and Client. The Client role is the outcome-owner view: a brand stakeholder, franchise owner, or business owner sees spend and performance without any control they could accidentally change.
Scoped per brand and per location
A stakeholder sees exactly the accounts that are theirs — one brand, one location, or a portfolio — and nothing that isn't. The view is scoped, so what they open is already the right slice.
An activity feed of every change
Every daily optimization, every budget reallocation, every approval lands in one timeline. Instead of asking what happened, a stakeholder scrolls the feed and sees each move as it was made.
Transparency into what the AI did and why
Each change carries its reason — the bid that moved and the return behind it. It's the opposite of a black box: you can see exactly what Cesara did and the numbers it acted on.
Always current, no deck required
The view updates as the accounts do. There's no Friday export to build and nothing to email around — the stakeholder opens the same live picture optimization runs from.
Per-client OAuth, never shared logins
Each account connects through its own OAuth, scoped to a single client and revocable. A Client-role view never means handing over a password or a shared seat.
What client reporting looks like in Cesara
Reporting here isn't a document you produce — it's a role you grant. You give a stakeholder the Client role, scope it to their brand or location, and they get a live view of the same accounts you manage. The daily optimization that runs across Google, Meta, and TikTok writes itself into an activity feed, so the record of what changed is built as it happens rather than reconstructed later.
A brand owner has the Client role, scoped to their store. On Monday they open Cesara instead of asking you for a recap.
They see the month's spend against real revenue, and an activity feed: Tuesday, budget moved off a fading Meta ad set toward a TikTok campaign clearing a better return; Thursday, a bid raised on a Google campaign, with the return that justified it right there in the entry.
Nothing on the screen is something they can change. It's a window, not a cockpit — and you didn't build a single slide for it.
Reporting that stays honest
Because Cesara is not an agency tool, this isn't about white-label billing or reporting up a client hierarchy — it's the built-in Admin, Manager, and Client roles doing their jobs. It's the same visibility that makes Cesara a fit for multi-brand operators and multi-location businesses, where each brand or location lead needs their own clean view and nothing more.
And because pricing is flat and banded by managed spend — not a percentage of it — adding stakeholders to the view never quietly adds to your bill.
Client reporting questions
Visibility without a login to five dashboards. The Client role shows every stakeholder what's happening and what changed — and nothing they could accidentally break.
